Sinner’s Son is ripe with age, driven to the cellar for months to mature in bourbon barrels. Just prior to bottling, a fresh blend of coffee and expresso beans from the JavaVino farm was introduced to harmonize with the roasted malts and bring balance to its complex barrel aged soul. This imperial stout is decadent at 13.6% ABV with rich chocolate, toasted coconut, and vanilla notes, a velvety mouthfeel of oak.
Malt Bill: 2 Row, Munich, Roasted Barley, Black, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Caramel
Dry Hop: No dry hops. A fresh blend of coffee and espresso beans and coconut were added
