Your favorite BBQ rub
Apple cider vinegar
Rub the racks with yellow mustard then dust with you favorite BBQ rub. Let them sit for a day or two then get your smoker up and running.
Have it at 225 with a deflector plate, we use a water pan with ½ 420 and ½ apple cider.
These will have to cook for around 4 hours, and keep basting them with 2 parts cider vinegar, 1 part brown sugar, 1 part yellow mustard 1 part 420 and 1 part spice rub.
Then grill the ribs off and char them up, if you want to glaze them then add your sauce now and cook them till the sauce becomes a glaze.
